In order to establish credibility in family law proceedings, an affidavit must be submitted to the court. In order to ensure that the procedure runs quickly and smoothly, it is helpful if you describe the facts from your point of view in writing and bring them with you to your appointment with us.

If you have a low income, receive ALG I or citizen's benefit, you are probably entitled to legal aid.

To ensure that processing is treated as quickly as possible, please bring the completed form with the attachments to your first appointment. If you receive citizen's income, the form and the approval notice are sufficient.
